We hope that you love your Amber London swimwear but if for any reason you’d like to change your mind, we offer free UK returns. We follow a 14-days refund policy, starting from the purchase date on your receipt. Kindly email us on support@amberlondon.com to arrange this.

Please ensure that:
• All swimwear must be tried on over underwear. All hygiene liners and adhesive strips must be intact and not removed.
• Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene labels attached.
• Scented items with perfume or deodorant will not be accepted for return.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, bags and pouches, we cannot accept returns without them. 

Please note that Amber London reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met. 

For exchanges to another size/colour, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order. Please email us on support@amberlondon.com and we will assist.

Yes, please note that Amber London does not accept responsibility for associated shipping costs, including taxes or duties. To limit your chance of delay, we recommend that your return transit documents should clearly state: Goods not suitable - being returned to the UK: no commercial value.

Please note that swimwear pouches must be returned in its original condition, otherwise £10 is deducted from the refunded amount.

We offer international shipping. Please refer to the table below for our delivery costs. 

We ask you to allow 1-5 business days for your orders to be fulfilled. Typically, we aim to fulfil all packages within 2-3 days business days. Please note that orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day. Business days are Mondays to Fridays and exclude any UK holidays.

To ensure you receive your order as smoothly as possible, please be aware that customs fees and taxes may incur. Amber London is not liable for such fees or taxes. In the event that a package is refused, we will process a refund for the items, deducting any incurred shipping fees and the shipping fee for returning the order back to our warehouse. 

Fit is very important to us and therefore our tops are cup-sized, instead of following the standard XS-XL scale, which assumes small back sizes have a small bust and vice versa. We refer to sister group sizing of 1-6, where sizes are grouped based on the cup volume that they cover, which is ideal for swimwear due to the stretch of the material and adjustable functions. For example, if you are normally a UK 32DD then you should opt for size 4, this will also fit UK sizes 30E, 34D and 36C, which have the same cup volume. To work out your sister size, you can go up a cup size and down a back size and vice versa.

Once an order has been placed, it is automatically processed and we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancellations and any changes to your shipping or billing address, shipping method, promo codes, or amending your order etc. For assistance on this, please contact support@amberlondon.com

• Gently hand wash swimwear in cold water using a mild detergent.
• Dry flat (maybe on a towel) in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid ringing out after washing • Do not machine wash/tumble dry/iron
• Wash bright colour suits separately to avoid any colour bleeding.
• Do not bleach

Swimwear fabric is delicate and excessive friction can cause pilling or snagging on your suit. Our fabrics are handpicked for its high tolerance of chlorine, lotion and oil resistance. However, we recommend that you rinse all swimwear with water after contact with such substances and generally after each use to avoid any possible discoloration to your suit. 

Taking good care of your swimwear will maintain its condition, colour and shape, so it can be enjoyed for a longer time.

All of our swimwear has been designed by founder, Sana in London. From the creation of fabric to the final piece, we have selected our partners carefully, ensuring their expertise, values and quality of work.
